Tips to use the pre-cut strips kinesiology tape:
1. Make sure your ankle is clean and dry.
2.Start by applying an anchor strip of tape around the midfoot or lower leg, just above the ankle.
3. Apply additional strips of tape around the ankle, crossing over the anchor strip. These strips should provide support and stability to the ankle joint.
4. Once the tape is applied, gently rub it to activate the adhesive and ensure it sticks well to the skin.
